Salmon fillet with a golden OMNI SALT crust

Salmon is such an incredible fish — not only is it tasty, but it's really nutritious. 

Our favourite way to eat fresh salmon (Tasmanian salmon, of course — from the team at Ashmore Foods) is to simply sear it in a pan with a crust of OMNI SALT All-Purpose Everything Bagel Seasoning blend.

Simply press the OMNI SALT All-Purpose Everything Bagel Seasoning blend onto the top side of the fillet and place it skin-side down in a hot pan for a few minutes.

The skin should get gorgeously crispy after a while, then it's time to flip it over so the crust has a chance to get all toasty and crunchy. Be careful not to overcook — salmon this fresh is best served a bit pink in the middle for maximum flavour.

Let the salmon fillet rest for a minute or so, and serve with a big well-dressed green salad for the most simple way to enjoy salmon this summer.
